Chairman – Mr Meocre Li
Mr Meocre Li is the Chairman of Lyche Capital and responsible for company management, investment strategy, and fund raising. Before joining Lyche Capital, Mr Li was the Chief Executive of ICEA Finance Holdings Limited, the investment banking joint venture between the Industrial & Commercial Bank of China and Bank of East Asia Limited. Under Mr Li’s leadership, ICEA became the fastest growing and highly successful investment bank in Hong Kong, focused on serving mid-sized companies in China. Before ICEA, Mr. Li was the Managing Director of NatWest Securities Asia. Under Mr. Li’s leadership, NatWest’s corporate finance and securities businesses in Hong Kong and Greater China were successfully established within 2 years. Prior to joining NatWest Securities Asia, Mr Li was the Managing Partner of Arthur Andersen, in charge of its businesses in the PRC and Hong Kong. Mr Li received a Bachelor of Commerce Degree, with distinction, from the University of Alberta, Canada. Upon graduation, he was awarded the Financial Executives Institute Silver Medal for “Highest Standing in Finance”. He is a fellow member of ACCA in the UK and a CPA of HKSA. In 1988, he completed the Program for Management Development from Harvard Business School.
Managing Director - Jim Yue
Mr Jim Yue is the managing director of Lyche Capital and responsible for fund management, deal sourcing and evaluation. Prior to joining Lyche, Mr. Yue was the Director and Head of Asset Management of Prax Capital and responsible for deal evaluation, due diligence and post-investment projects monitoring. Total market value under management exceeded USD300 million. Before Prax, he was the Senior Relationship Manager of a HK commercial bank real estate financing division and responsible for deal sourcing, deal execution and post-drawdown management. Total financing amount exceeded USD250 million. Before that, he spent over five years in audit and advisory services with KPMG Hong Kong. Mr. Yue is a CPA in the United States and a member of HKICPA. He graduated in University of Alberta, Canada with a Bachelor Degree in Accounting. He is fluent in English and Mandarin.
Project Director - Sammy Ng
Mr. Sammy Ng is the project director of Lyche Capital and responsible for real estate development, including planning and design management, tendering and contract management, development cost control and construction management. Prior to joining Lyche, Mr. Ng was the General Manager of the Tianjin Project under Mass Transit Railway Corporation (HKex:0066), the Assistant General Manager of the 2 projects in Chengdu under Sun Hung Kai Properties (HKex:0016), the Project Manager of the projects in Guangdong/ Hainan/ HK under China Resources Holdings Limited and China Resources Enterprise Limited (HKex:0291). Projects handled included high-end mixed-use development, tourism and resorts destination, luxury hotel, malls, office towers and residential. Mr. Ng is a member of Building Survey Division of RICS and HKIS. He graduated in The Chinese University of Hong Kong and The University of Hong Kong with a Master Degree in Business Administration and a Bachelor Degree in Civil and Structural Engineering respectively. He is fluent in English and Mandarin.
Vice President - Kun Wan
Mr Kun Wan is the vice president of Lyche Capital. He is responsible for comprehensive and exhaustive feasibility studies on real estate investment projects, including local property market growth trend, long-term viability, property valuations, financial analysis, site due diligence, etc. Before he joined Lyche Capital, he worked for Franshion Properties (H share: 0817) and Future Holdings Properties (H share: 1030; B share: 900950), where he was in charge of sourcing and originating real estate investment opportunities, involving in RMB fund raising, and negotiating contracts with different parties, including banks, trusts, and LPs, etc. Mr Wan holds M.A. of Economics and Finance at University of Alberta in Canada, also M.A. & B.A. of Economics at Fudan University in China. He is fluent in English and Mandarin.
